Phi Tech's Comlog-2 is the most rugged, reliable multi-channel voice, analog, and digital communications recording and reproducing system manufactured in the USA. The unit is based upon the legendary Phi Deck audio cassette transport. Operation is possible on a desktop, in an equipment rack, and mobile in a vehicle, airborne, or at sea. This unit is commonly utilized in the law enforcement and security communities. Multi-Speed/Multi-Channels The ComLog-2 has been designed to provide up to four simultaneous record/reproduce channels. It records and reproduces at 15/32, 15/16, 1-7/8, 3-3/4, and 7-1/2 inches per second (ips). The lower four speeds can be adjusted +/- 50 % with the front-panel pitch control (the highest speed is adjustable to a slightly lesser extent). High speed forward and reverse scaning is available at all speeds. Remote Controllable The ComLog-2 has multiple control capabilities: Manual operation from the front panel, COR (Carrier Operated Relay), RS-232C, IEEE-488 (GPIB), and via foot controller (for transcribing purposes).
